The WEEC facility includes a bunk house equipped to handle approximately 30 students with distinct areas for boys and girls each equipped with separate toilet and shower rooms as well as a counselor bedrooms.

It is ideal for handling groups from schools or other organizations. There is a fully equipped kitchen to provide meals.

Peters Valley will be working to identify partners from inner city locations as well as Sussex County and the surrounding region.

Costs will vary depending on the size of the group, nature and length of the program, and subsidization through potential donors.

The day camp which ran for three weeks last year will be expanded to four or five.

Another new addition will be specialty weeks in specific media such as weaving and ceramics in addition to the ongoing eclectic curriculum.

All weeks will include visits by guest artists providing expert demonstrations with follow-up, hands-on activities.

The schedule will begin in late June or early July and children can sign-up for single or multiple weeks.
